Founded in 2011 they have rapidly grown to become the trusted technology supplier to some of the world’s best known motoring organisations.  From its inception, Ortolan Legal has provided commercial legal support to Fleetondemand delivering the level of accessibility, commerciality and expertise that an in-house lawyer might provide but without the business needing to commit to the fixed costs that a dedicated in-house lawyer would attract.

Ortolan’s commercial lawyers are available whenever Fleetondemand need legal input in connection with the business.  Working closely with the Managing Director and other members of the senior management team, Ortolan has advised on standard terms of business, bespoke client contracts and a range of other matters.  Most of our advice is delivered by email and phone which suits Fleetondemand and avoids the additional costs associated with in-person meetings.  It also plays to the strength of Ortolan’s flexible business model.
